We are accredited with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Dubai (RERA) and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), ensuring that we can produce compliant valuation reports across both emirates for a multitude of purposes including gifting and granting. We are also approved with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) to conduct valuations for corporate and capital gains tax. Our reports are also accepted by the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
